We're sorry you did not get the worksheet you requested. Follow the steps below to see where the trouble lies.
1. After selecting the type of worksheet you wanted, and filling in your e-mail address, did you click on the button marked ? If not, please go back and try again, and remember to click on the submit button.

2. When you clicked on the "Submit" button, did you get this "success" message immediately?

Your software has been e-mailed to you as an attachment .
It should arrive by return e-mail.
If it does not, click here to go to troubleshooting.

If you did not, please try once more. If it still doesn't work, then contact us support@CensusMate.com

3. If you got the "success" message, did you then get the "Thank you" e-mail, which started like this?

Thank you for downloading censusmate.pdf [or .xls]
today from www.CensusMate.com.
Your copy is attached to this e-mail.

If you did not get the "Thank you" e-mail, or if it arrived without the attached file, there are several possible problems:

a. Does your your e-mail service have a virus checker which stops e-mails with attachments, or with clickable links? For example AOL has a page at "Mail Options>Block unwanted mail" whichn can be set to stop mail with attachments and/or clickable links. The "Thank you" e-mail has both. Outlook Express has settings at "Tools>Options>Security." Your e-mail service may have similar settings which you must relax to receive the file you requested. If so, relax them and try again.

b. Is it possible that you made a mistake when you entered your e-mail address? You may want to try it again.

If still no luck, send us an e-mail describing how far you got. Support@CensusMate.com

4. If you got the "Thank you" e-mail with an attachment, but could not or do not know how to open and save attached files, please get local help. That varies with the e-mail service and operating system you are using.

To use the Excel files you will need Excel version 97 or later;

To use the Adobe file, you will need the Adobe Acrobat reader, available for free download.

5. If you have the files saved on your hard drive, but don't know how to fill them in, look at the examples here on the web site such as those listed on the Suggestions page and the Examples pages.

For a detailed explanation of the how and why of the timeline format, study the explanation page.

If you got this far on this page, please let us know what helped or what needs better explanation. Support@CensusMate.com
