- The website was developed to promote widespread usage of the
CensusMate format under the following conditions:

| Distribution |
- You may copy and distribute the spreadsheet in printed or electronic
form, provided that the source and the copyright are acknowledged
and maintained, along with the instructions for use.
- You may modify the spreadsheet to enhance it for your own use.
- Do not distribute modified forms without discussing them with
the author, who welcomes suggestions for improvement of the format.
- No fee other than costs of copying and mailing should be charged
for the original or any modified forms.

- Publication of results obtained or enhanced by the use of the
format are encouraged, subject to the same conditions as those
for distribution.
- We request the courtesy of reviewing manuscripts before such
publication.

- Your privacy is of concern to us as it is to you.
- Your identity will not be shared with others without your permission.

- Your comments and suggestions are welcome.

to upload to our web server.
