CensusMate
worksheets are available in two formats:

Electronic spreadsheets (Excel) for use on your computer,
or
-
Ready-to-print forms (Adobe PDF) to print and then fill
in by hand.
Either
format can be sent to you by e-mail.
I've
added an Excel worksheet that includes 1790 census data.
The blank copy of the Vitals worksheet is still available
to use with your data.
They are the third and fourth files in the selection in Step
2. below.
The
Excel files will work with Excel 95, 98, 2000, or later;
The Adobe file is sent as a PDF file. It requires Adobe
Acrobat Reader.
